Tiffany has been my agent for over ten years. During this time I have found Tiffany to be the most responsive, helpful and knowledgeable agent I have ever dealt with for any of my insurance needs. I recall specifically Tiffany interceding on my behalf when Blue Cross denied my wife's claim for breast cancer surgery because of an exclusion which Blue Cross was relying on that was not supported by the medical information.
